THE TRUTH ABOUT BREEANA ROBINSON

Please note: This page may contain information that some readers may find distressing. It contains factual evidence that was brought to light during the committal hearing in 2021. Some of which may not have been made public previously. Please proceed with caution.

On the 29th of January 2013 Breeana Robinson tragically took her own life by climbing over the railing of her 11th floor apartment balcony, then letting go / jumping. Unfortunately, her injuries from the impact with the glass awning below were significant, and despite the best efforts of her partner, other residents and paramedics, she could not be revived.

From a very early age Breeana suffered from Coloboma and was legally blind. Despite this, she was an incredibly talented dancer and cheerleader. In addition to these disabilities, in the months leading up to her death, Breeana also faced emotional struggles as she attempted to create independence in her life by moving out of home, after a fractured relationship with her mother. While there is absolutely no blame to be made by this page, the situation with her mother, took a terrible emotional toll on Breeana’s mental health in the months preceding her suicide.

In the final months of her life, Breeana took incredible steps towards her independence and it was with so much pleasure that her partner witnessed her becoming a truly inspirational young woman. Despite this, it appeared that the physical and emotional challenges that Breeana faced, became too much for her to handle.

For the past decade the left wing driven Australian media and Breeana’s family have been trying to distort, deflect, and even silence the truth, but now the time has come to educate the public on what really happened to Breeana Robinson so the same mistakes can be avoided with other vulnerable young women and men.

Immediately after Breeana’s death, her partner accompanied police to the nearby Southport station and underwent detailed forensic examination. On conclusion of this and after being thoroughly examined by a forensic doctor, it was concluded that there was none of Breeana’s DNA on her partner, nor visa versa. The doctor also concluded that there was no sign of a struggle between the pair. This further supported her partner’s story that he sadly witnessed Breeana taking her own life.

For the next 18 hours after Breeana’s death, a forensic team meticulously combed every millimetre of Breeana and her partner’s apartment, dusting for prints, looking for evidence, and recreating Breeana’s final moments in mock simulations. This uncovered that a chair containing Breeana’s fingerprints had been moved against the balcony railing and Breeana’s fingerprints were discovered in three positions on the balcony railing (both hand’s prints on the inside of the railing, her left hand prints on a 45 degree angle, and both full sets of her fingerprints on the reverse side of the railing), indicating that Breeana had climbed over the balcony rail using the chair and was at some point standing on the other side of the balcony railing. This further supported Breeana’s partner’s story that she had climbed over the railing before plunging to her death.

When Breeana landed on the glass awning on the first floor of the H2O building, her body shattered a glass panel running perpendicular to the building. Shortly after, her partner, another resident and a security guard gained access to this awning through a first floor apartment and climbed down to reach Breeana. Given her body position close to the edge of the awning, the three men moved her feet around into a more parallel position in relation to the building so that they could safely try to resuscitate her.

Shortly after, local paramedics, accompanied by the building managers arrived and ushered Breeana’s partner and the other men back into the apartment.

After thorough analysis, police then prepared a report for a biomechanics expert so that they could make an in-depth assessment as to how Breeana came to be resting on the awning. Without being accusatory, at some point, someone possibly involved with the Queensland Police Service may have misinformed three separate biomechanics experts as to the position of Breeana’s impact with the awning. As a result of this misinformation, the biomechanics expert concluded that it was probable that Breeana may have been thrown off the balcony. This led to an incorrect report, which then led to Breeana’s partner being charged with her murder.

At the committal hearing into Breeana’s death in 2021, several witnesses gave evidence that Breeana’s body had been moved and that Breeana had impacted the awning in a perpendicular position, not parallel. This gave Dr Couper who conducted the biomechanics report pause to reconsider his original assessment. Upon reassessment, two separate reports concluded that it was highly likely that Breeana either jumped or stepped off the ledge of the railing.

While these revelations were distressing for Breeana’s family and friends, it was important to bring them to light both in the media and here so that all concerned can gain closure from what is a truly tragic event.

It is also the hope of this page that due to the overwhelming evidence that Breeana’s death was suicide, we can shed more light on mental health and how people are affected so that tragedies like this can be avoided.

The REAL "Sunday Night" interview
(the one they didn't want you to see)

When Dan Shearin sat down  in 2018 for Channel 7’s Sunday Night program, he was led to believe that the network wanted to shed light on suicide & mental health. Melissa Doyle & the show’s producer Rebecca Cox flew to the Gold Coast and begged Dan to tell “His side of the story”. Melissa Doyle & Rebecca Cox stated on several occasions that they would not be interviewing Breeana’s family & that “The world deserved to know the truth” about Breeana’s suicide.

What was discussed during a 2-hour sit down interview & what went to air were two totally different stories. Dan was tipped off by a friend who was called to be an actor in the reenactment of Breeana’s final moments the night before the scheduled interview, but despite that, he agreed to go ahead with the interview the following day. Thankfully Dan obtained the complete unedited interview and this is the other side that Channel 7 did not want you to see.

This interview will shock the world, expose the unethical practices of the media, and finally reveal the truth about Breeana’s Robinson’s final months.
