Originally written and recorded in 1999, Win or Lose has seen many variations of the song since it’s original format. The song was originally recorded for my boyband “5th Gear”, then re-adapted for my duo, before being recorded on my demo album in 2003 with Australian musicians Rick Hollis, Damien Barnard and bothers Dane and Jason Brown from Sunk Loto.

In 2025 I reimagined the track as a female anthem for my musical movie “For Eternity” before finally re-styling the song in it’s current form.

Regardless of the style, the song has always been an uplifting anthem about how we have the choice in life as to how things turn out.

I’ve always been a very positive person and having read over 2,000 books on personal development, religion and spirituality, this reiterated my belief that no matter what happens, we have the choice as to whether or not we “Win or Lose”
